These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by VSNY Van Lines ("VSNY Moving," "we," "us"). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

When you opt in, VSNY Moving may send you text messages related to your moving quote and service, including quote follow-ups, scheduling and appointment confirmations, move-status updates (confirmed, crew dispatched, en route, delivered), and occasional service or review requests.

Opt-In & Consent

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our quote form or by otherwise providing express written consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from VSNY Moving. You may also call us directly at (929) 604-3704 at any time instead of texting.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the status of your move.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. VSNY Moving is not responsible for charges from your wireless provider.

Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number you are messaging with. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending text messages. You may re-subscribe at any time by opting in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
